Technical and Manufacturing Documentation Engineer

We are looking for a process engineer who will be responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining technical and manufacturing documentation for the mass production of unmanned systems.

Main Responsibilities:

Developing and updating technical documentation.
Preparing specifications (BOM), process charts, and route maps.
Creating drawings, instructions, technical data sheets, and test procedures.
Managing version control and ensuring documentation remains up-to-date.
Preparing documentation for transferring products to production.
Collaborating with R&D, production, procurement, and the quality control department.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience working with technical or manufacturing documentation.
Understanding of the processes involved in preparing a product for mass production.
Experience working with design and manufacturing documentation.
Ability to read drawings, assembly diagrams, and electrical schematics.
Knowledge of documentation standards according to DSTU and ESKD.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CAD systems.

The following would be an advantage:

Experience in the UAV, MilTech, or high-tech manufacturing sectors.
Understanding of ISO 9001, AQAP, and DSTU standards.
Experience working with ERP or PLM systems.
Basic knowledge of electronics and manufacturing processes.
Experience preparing documentation for certification or government contracts.

Chief UAV Development Engineer (R&D Engineer)

We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our team to develop, modernize, and prepare unmanned systems for mass production.

Main responsibilities:

Developing and improving UAVs in accordance with new technical requirements.

Integrating and configuring unmanned system components.

Conducting tests and analyzing results.

Preparing technical documentation and specifications (BOM).

Supporting products during the launch into mass production.

 

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience working with UAVs/FPV systems.

Understanding of electronics, communication systems, and UAV architecture.

Practical experience working with ArduPilot, PX4, Betaflight, and INAV.

Understanding of the principles of telemetry, data transmission systems, and component integration.

CAD design skills (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar software).

Experience preparing technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.

Understanding of manufacturing processes and the transition of products to mass production.

Lead UAV Communications Systems Engineer / RF Engineer

We are looking for an engineer who will be responsible for building, testing, and developing communication systems for unmanned aerial vehicles, ground stations, and related equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

Designing and optimizing communication systems for UAVs.
Selecting, integrating, and testing RF components.
Working with antenna systems, telemetry, and video transmission.
Analyzing communication quality and troubleshooting issues.
Conducting laboratory and field tests.
Preparing technical documentation and recommendations for production.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in RF, telecommunications, or communication systems.
Understanding of the principles of radio communication, data transmission, and telemetry.
Practical experience working with ELRS, Crossfire, MAVLink, and VTX/RX systems.
Knowledge of antenna systems, RF losses, frequency bands, and interference immunity.
Experience working with a spectrum analyzer, NanoVNA/VNA, oscilloscope, or similar equipment.

Battery Engineer

UASkyline LLC is seeking a specialist in the development and production of rechargeable batteries for unmanned aerial systems.

Responsibilities:
* Designing and assembling rechargeable batteries to meet the requirements of various types of UAVs.

* Calculating battery specifications in accordance with technical specifications.

Electronics Engineer / Circuit Designer

UASkyline LLC is looking for an electronics engineer to develop and launch electronic products and printed circuit boards into production.

Responsibilities:
* Designing electrical schematics and PCBs.
* Selecting components.
* Developing and debugging prototypes.
* Preparing products for mass production.
* Overseeing the manufacturing and testing of circuit boards.

Responsibilities:

* Checking the quality of assembly and electrical parameters.
* Balancing, testing, and labeling finished products.

UAV Commissioning Engineer / Technical Pilot

UASkyline LLC is hiring a UAV commissioning engineer to configure, flash, and prepare unmanned systems for operation.

Responsibilities:
* Flashing and configuring flight controllers.
* Configuring Betaflight, INAV, ArduPilot, and other software platforms.
* Configuring PID settings, filters, rates, flight modes, and safety systems.
* Analyzing vibrations, noise, and flight logs.
